Mezaj is Arabic for mood. We built a coffee house around it in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and we are looking for a small number of partners to open the next ones.

The Concept

A specialty coffee house with a menu you cannot get anywhere else: the Kunafe Pistachio Latte, Yemeni adani chai, Turkish coffee, and a room people stay in.

The Operator

Someone who will be in the shop. Hospitality experience helps. Caring how the first cup is made matters more than the size of the investment.
